Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultdriven Sales Manager with a strong background in the finance sector to lead our sales team in Trichy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth building client relationships and achieving revenue targets through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.
Lead train and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base within the finance sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable solutions.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company campaigns and product updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and financial regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the finance or banking industry.
Strong understanding of financial products services and market dynamics.
