Job Description
Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust machines according to exact specifications.
- Operate machines to package products in a timely manner.
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly.
- Monitor machine output and adjust settings as needed.
- Inspect packaged products and remove defective items.
- Keep records of machine operation including the quantity of items packaged and any machine downtime.
- Coordinate with other team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure work environment is maintained clean and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Packaging Machine Operator or similar role.
- Excellent mechanical skills.
- Good physical stamina and strength.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
