We are seeking a skilled Algorithmic Trading Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development particularly in Python and a passion for financial markets and algorithmic trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain algorithmic trading systems and software applications using Python.
Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to implement trading strategies and optimize performance.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of trading algorithms to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Monitor and analyze trading performance making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest trends in algorithmic trading and financial technology.
Document code and processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Finance Mathematics or a related field.
Proven experience in software development with a strong emphasis on Python programming.
Familiarity with financial markets trading concepts and algorithmic trading strategies.
Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling is a plus.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of additional programming languages such as C Java or R.
Experience with trading platforms and APIs.
Understanding of machine learning techniques and their application in trading.
