Distribution Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Formulate and implement a sales strategy to drive distribution sales for kitchen and interior plywood products.
- Attain monthly quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and recruit new dealers distributors and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with existing partners to enhance engagement sales performance and product visibility.
Channel & Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with dealers distributors architects interior designers and contractors.
- Provide training and guidance to channel partners on product knowledge pricing and sales techniques.
- Effectively resolve distributor and dealer issues to ensure seamless business operations.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product positioning and enhancements.
- Execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to amplify sales.
Operational & Reporting Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely order processing stock availability and coordination with supply chain teams for deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales expenses collections and distributor performance.
- Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and insights to the management team.
Requirements
Skills:
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in handling multiple distributors and thriving in a highvolume sales environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Other
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Experience:
48 years in sales preferably in plywood laminates kitchen hardware or interior products.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of kitchen & interior plywood products and the distribution sales network.
