Job Description
- Develop technical concepts and solutions for one of the Customers largest key accounts
- Define Customer and system requirements
- Create technical concepts and write system specifications
- Evaluate technical solutions for the client considering risks related to safety and IT security
- Present complex solutions in a clear and understandable manner to Customers and management
- Act as the main technical contact and ensure thorough technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with the Customers technical requirements
- Finalize concepts in coordination with internal system specialists and software developers
Qualifications :
- Educational background in IT/Telecommunications or experience in a customerfacing role within IT/software projects
- Knowledge of networks Red Hat Enterprise Linux Windows VMware storage solutions and Oracle databases
- Handson experience with Cisco routing and switching NetApp storage Docker containers Ansible automation and Zabbix monitoring
- Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken) for effective collaboration with Germanspeaking clients
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany for business needs
