Job Description
We are looking for a worldclass entrepreneur to take on the role of a Technical Founder for an exciting AI company in our incubation pipeline which has the validated potential to become a multimillion ARR app withing months similar to apps like Lovable or Cursor (though we are not a devtool). This venture can scale very quickly with the right leadership and has already been validated on various dimensions. The gotomarket is already effectively lined out.
As an Technical Founder you will be the driving force behind designing and building an innovative Consumer AIfocused company from building the initial prototype to market launch and beyond. This role requires a strong combination of technical skills business acumen and leadership capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clarify user requirements and technical feasibility
- Build and launch an MVP
- Define the companys product roadmap and longterm goals with relevant milestones
- Lead the design development and deployment of this product offering
- Recruit hire and manage a highperforming team as the venture grows
- Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous learning
- Be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Qualifications :
- You have a passion for building consumer products and unlocking the new potential that is unlocked by AI technology
- Strong knowledge of Consumer UX/UI Design principle creating productled growth API integrations and the iOS/Android operating system is required
- Experience with knowledge graphs RAG infrastructures and data models
- Experience with building conversational AIapps
- You have a proven track record of personal academic and professional achievements
- You can effectively work in an independent structured and goaloriented manner
- Decent crossfunctional understanding of business to complement your profile as a technical founder vs. a CTO
- You are team oriented and ambitious
- You are fluent in English
