Job Description
As our Services Manager role you will support the daytoday operations of ourTier IVData Centre. By implementing and maintaining highly effective and efficient maintenance programs for all data centre systems (electrical mechanical fire security etc. you will ensure services are delivered in line with business needs and contractual obligations. Youll also get to participate in the oncall roster.
Responsible for the early detection of facility issues and engaging third party suppliers where required you will review and identify improvements to maintenance contracts services to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
Delivering NEXTDCs customer requirement in accordance with SLAs and NEXTDCs best practice.
Qualifications :
Experience in managing experienced technicians
Working with technicians to develop onsite training requirements career paths plans ensuring team engagement and continuity.
3 years of Data Centre / critical environment facilities management
Exposure to multiple diverse technologies and processing environments.
Electrical/mechanical trades cert would be advantages
Must be an Australian Citizen for Security Clearance
