Job Description
GlobeMed Group the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a Senior .NET Developer to build and working on complex internal system development projects across a variety of products and technologies. He/She will provide technical and support team leadership through coaching and mentoring and will support planning and managing the successful delivery of projects on time.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support in monitoring the team performance
- Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design to coding level
- Provide technical leadership to developers through coaching and mentoring
- Support in managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design to release
- Support in estimating and managing the transition from analysis to design and delivery
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- Develop and test the applications based on established standards
- On need basis provide regular and effective progress updates to the development manager to ensure the management of any risks or issues
- Work on multiple projects requiring implementation of new and existing systems solutions and processes
- Provides appropriate input and recommendations for key decisions to ensure successful implementation of all initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- 510 years experience in software development
- Understanding of Customer requirements and ensure delivery to these requirements
- Problem solving and decision making sound judgment
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain a professional attitude.
- Ability to communicate at different levels using different communication tools.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Organized and well structured
