Position: Technical Services Manager

Currently Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is recruiting viable Technical Services Manager candidates for a key client in the greater Midwest. The Technical Services Manager is an experienced professional with a strong background in Lean manufacturing. This role requires a keen ability to identify and eliminate process waste as well as proficiency in coaching management and operators in Lean principles and culture. The ideal candidate is committed to driving continuous improvement and fostering a Lean mindset throughout the organization.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Manager to join our clients team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing our technical services department ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of managing successful teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technical services department including recruiting training and mentoring team members
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technical services delivery
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services
Monitor and analyze department performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and quality standards
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings
Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and provide timely resolution
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
Manage budgets and resources to meet department goals and objectives
Participate in business development activities including client presentations and proposals
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical field or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical services management role
Strong technical background with knowledge of various technologies and systems
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Proven track record of managing successful teams and delivering highquality services
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Strong customer service orientation
Experience in project management and budgeting is a plus
