Your Role: Senior Logistics Coordinator (Customer Service)

As a Senior Logistics Coordinator you will be the key link between sales operations and customer success. You will ensure seamless shipment manage customer relationships and resolve logistics challenges with confidence and efficiency.

This position is ideal for someone who:

Has successfully worked as a Senior Logistics Coordinator in a 3PL company.

Thrives under pressure and enjoys problemsolving in realtime.

Is a strong communicator who can handle escalations with professionalism.

Can manage multiple clients and juggle shipments without missing a detail.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for key clients providing outstanding service and proactive solutions.

ProblemSolving & Escalations Handle shipment delays customs issues and other logistical challenges with quick decisionmaking.

Shipment & Coordination Work closely with carriers brokers and internal teams to ensure ontime and compliant deliveries.

Import/Export Documentation Process paperwork with accuracy ensuring customs and regulatory compliance.

Continuous Improvement Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize logistics workflows.

What Were Looking For

Proven Experience 35 years as a Senior Logistics Coordinator in a 3PL company (this is a must!.

Bilingual Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of freight transportation and customs regulations.

MultiTasking & DetailOriented Ability to manage multiple shipments while maintaining high accuracy.

TechSavvy Comfortable with logistics software and data entry.

Gestion Client Point de contact principal des clients vous assurez un service de haute qualit.

Gestion des Urgences Rsolution rapide des s problmes douaniers et dfis oprationnels.

Coordination des Expditions Travail troit avec les transporteurs transitaires et quipes internes.

Documentation Import/Export Gestion des documents avec prcision et conformit.

Optimisation des Processus Identifier les inefficacits et proposer des amliorations.

Profil recherch

Exprience 3 5 ans en tant que Coordonnateur(trice) Senior en Logistique dans une entreprise 3PL (obligatoire).

Bilinguisme Excellente matrise du franais et de langlais.

Connaissance du Secteur Matrise des rglementations de transport et douanires.

Gestion des Priorits Capacit grer plusieurs dossiers en mme temps avec rigueur.

Outils Informatiques Aisance avec les logiciels de gestion logistique.
