- Salary: $55000 $65000
- FullTime Permanent Monday to Friday

Your Role: Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our fastgrowing sales team. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage postsales operations ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
- Perform data entry for import/export documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and logistics partners.
- Ensure all shipment paperwork complies with company policies.
- Work closely with carriers to resolve logistics challenges.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics transportation or customer service.
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of the 3PL logistics/transportation industry (required).

Work Arrangement
This is a fulltime onsite position at our Kirkland QC office. Candidates must be able to commute daily as this role is not hybrid or remote.

Votre Rle : Coordonnateur(trice) Logistique
Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) Logistique pour soutenir notre quipe des ventes en pleine croissance. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des oprations postvente en garantissant une communication efficace entre les quipes internes et les clients.
Responsabilits Principales
- Grer les appels entrants et rpondre aux demandes clients avec professionnalisme.
- Effectuer la saisie de donnes pour les documents dimport/export.
- Assurer la coordination et la communication avec les diffrents dpartements et partenaires logistiques.
- Vrifier que tous les documents dexpdition respectent les politiques internes.
- Collaborer avec les transporteurs pour rsoudre les problmes logistiques.
- Maintenir un classement et une documentation bien organiss.
Profil Recherch
- Minimum 1 an dexprience en logistique transport ou service client.
- Capacit tablir et maintenir des relations clients solides.
- Franais et anglais courants (crit et oral).
- Rigueur et sens du dtail.
- Capacit grer plusieurs tches simultanment dans un environnement dynamique.
- Connaissance du secteur logistique/transport 3PL (obligatoire).
