Job Description
Bagging Machine Operator to operate and maintain automated bagging equipment. This role is essential in ensuring that potting soil products are properly filled sealed and packaged according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor bagging machines to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of potting soil.

Adjust machine settings to maintain proper bag weight seal integrity and production speed.

Perform routine maintenance troubleshooting and minor repairs to prevent downtime.

Inspect finished bags for quality control ensuring proper labeling and packaging.

Keep work areas clean and follow all safety and operational guidelines.

Assist with material loading and general production tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience operating bagging machines or similar production equipment preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a dusty outdoor/industrial environment.
