Job Description
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with SAP Hybris.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Java Spring Framework RESTful web services and API integrations.
- ProblemSolving: Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications: Certifications in SAP Hybris Agile methodologies and other relevant areas are a plus.
- Should have experience in interaction with customer.
- Experience in application support & maintenance projects adds value.
- Knowing O1 and O2 support process.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- L2 Support
- Incident Management
- Service Requests
- User Provisioning and Access Management
- Ongoing Operations activities
- Transition from existing team
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Hybris platform.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the development process and solutions.
- Client Interaction: Translate business objectives into technical solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- L3 Support
- Analysis Design Build/Change Unit/System Testing
- Create and implement SAP Implement customizations and extensions on the Hybris platform.
- Hybrisbased ecommerce solutions.
- Configurations Code Fixes and Data Loads
- Release management activities
- L2 and L3 coordination with product Owners Customer coordination groups.
- L2 and L3 related coordination with crossfunctional teams including business analysts designers and other developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- The service is expected to provide as per the list in below table.
