Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative French Speakers
Position Overview
We are seeking FrenchSpeaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Porto Portugal. This is an onsite role where candidates will provide exceptional customer care support account creation handle complaints and assist in resolving communication issues between stakeholders. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position; candidates must already reside in Porto or nearby areas.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday: Rotative shifts between 06:00 AM and 09:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 rotative days per week

Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Provide professional customer service across multiple channels (Phone Chat and Email).
- Assist with account creation and technical issue resolution.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and empathetically.
- Facilitate communication between clients partners and stakeholders.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing processes.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
- Monthly Base Salary: 1000 (gross paid across 14 months).
- Performance Bonus: 50/month.
Additional Incentives:
- Welcome Bonus: 3000 for candidates who sign contracts for onsite (Brick & Mortar) projects before the end of May 2025.
Training Process
- Duration: 4 weeks onsite (Monday to Friday).
- Schedule: 8 hours/day (between 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM).
Comprehensive training will include:- Team integration.
- Tools and software training.
- Product knowledge and customer management best practices.
- Handson job practice with an emphasis on performance excellence.
Successful completion of training will lead to contract signing and compensation is provided for completed training sessions (exempt from social security taxes).
Required Qualifications
- Language Skills: Native or fluent French speaker with good English communication skills.
- Customer Focused: Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts and comply with shiftbased days off.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Adaptability: Comfort working onsite in a fastpaced teamoriented work environment.
