Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to oversee and lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend backend and quality assurance (QA) development as well as proven management and leadership skills. As the Software Development Manager you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of software solutions ensuring highquality deliverables and fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Job Functions Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of frontend backend and QA engineers providing guidance mentorship and performance feedback
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Oversee the development lifecycle ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards
• Establish and maintain best practices for software development testing and deployment
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including product management design and operations to ensure seamless integration and effective communication
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the teams productivity efficiency and quality of work
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
• Manage resource allocation project timelines and budgets to optimize team performance and meet organizational goals
• Stay uptodate with emerging technologies tools and methodologies in frontend backend and QA development
• Foster a positive inclusive and collaborative team culture that promotes innovation learning and professional growth

Experience Skills and Knowledge Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a blend of frontend backend and QA expertise
• Proven management experience with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g. React Angular Vue.js)
• Experience with backend technologies including serverside languages (e.g. Java Python Node.js) databases (e.g. MySQL MongoDB) and RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies tools and processes including test case design automation testing and performance testing
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred)

Working Mode: Mostly Remote (Come to Office sometimes in a month)
Working Time: Fixed 8:3011:30PM (work with US Team) flexible time during day time to ensure 8 working hours per day
