Responsibilities
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities with a focus in of the following industries: Investment Banking Luxury Retail Energy/Utilities.
- Generate new leads identify and contact decisionmakers screen potential business opportunities select the deals inline with strategies and lead and facilitate pitch logistic
- Identify trends and customer needs building a short/medium/longterm sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
- Manage proposal response process including detailed RFP requirements content creation and inputs from various sources
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy sales processes structure and best practices across the company
- Manage the endtoend sales cycle.
- Pitch concepts to clients and identify opportunities for multiple service lines.
- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education networking events and presentations
- Develop relationships and serve as the liaison between the company and the clients.
- Coordinate with the different internal teams the delivery of the solution or the recruitment of the specialists.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree.
- 3 years experience in business development role in consulting and/or new technology/IT services
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure
- A creative mindset and the ability to think outside of the box
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Time management organization and leadership skills
- Experience in one of the following industries is a plus: Investment Banking Luxury Retail Energy/Utilities
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
The salary range for this role is US$90000 US$140000 (base salary commissions)
