Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities with a focus in of the following industries: Investment Banking Luxury Retail Energy/Utilities.
  • Generate new leads identify and contact decisionmakers screen potential business opportunities select the deals inline with strategies and lead and facilitate pitch logistic
  • Identify trends and customer needs building a short/medium/longterm sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
  • Manage proposal response process including detailed RFP requirements content creation and inputs from various sources
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy sales processes structure and best practices across the company
  • Manage the endtoend sales cycle.
  • Pitch concepts to clients and identify opportunities for multiple service lines.
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education networking events and presentations
  • Develop relationships and serve as the liaison between the company and the clients.
  • Coordinate with the different internal teams the delivery of the solution or the recruitment of the specialists.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 3 years experience in business development role in consulting and/or new technology/IT services
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure
  • A creative mindset and the ability to think outside of the box
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Time management organization and leadership skills
  • Experience in one of the following industries is a plus: Investment Banking Luxury Retail Energy/Utilities
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

The salary range for this role is US$90000 US$140000 (base salary commissions)
