Job Description (Job Summary Job Responsibilities)
1. Process order form and layout through manual/VIPS/SIPS/TRIM/D2Comm/GPM
2. Inputting the order into ERP system
3. Updating shipment detail in customers platform
4. Creating report for Trim card sample and replacement delivery
5. Arranging Trim card and sample delivery following customers request in the order
Qualifications :
1. Good in English
2. Associates degree/undergraduate degree any major
3. Capable of excel and familiar with the formula such as pivot lookup etc.
4. Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
5. Carefully deftly and have the initiative
6. Multitasking (can do several things at the same time)
