The Project Manager (PM) will take on the role of Scrum Master for one or more agile teams. They will communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the Program Increment (PI) maintain and execute the PI plan and help raise awareness and mitigate risks.
They will direct the daytoday activities of analysts engineers developers and other IS personnel for the duration of the PI. The PM in conjunction with the User & Endpoint Systems leadership and other Scrum Masters is responsible for the success of the PI plan and ensuring committed work is completed on schedule and the flow of value is optimized for the agile team(s) they manage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Agile coaching and facilitation of all SAFe ceremonies
- Planning and facilitating Program Increment ceremonies
- Removes impediments and provides visibility and/or escalation to leadership
- Fosters a positive and productive environment within the agile team
- Monitors sprint work closely proactively manages dependencies and ensures committed work is delivered on time
- Keeps team organized and focused
- Understands the context and status of each feature and story in the PI plan
This position is onsite and will reside in the greater Seattle WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Qualifications :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to successfully navigate and execute within ambiguous and stressful situations

- Experience with DevSecOps Lean Agile and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in related field (i.e. project management IS leadership etc.

Additional Information :
Expected base salary: $80000 to $125000
