Job Description
Applications management involves overseeing the lifecycle of software applications including deployment monitoring maintenance and optimization to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver value effectively.
As a DevOps at Endava you will work to improve collaboration and communication between developers and IT proffesionals with the goal of automating and streamlining the process of software delivery and infrastructure changes.
Responsibilities:
- Architect implement and maintain DevOps pipelines and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve and create CI/CD processes.
- Manage and optimize cloudbased environments in AWS and Azure.
- Utilize Terraform for IaC to automate deployments.
- Orchestrate and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Administer and maintain any repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Ensure system scalability reliability and security.
- Provide input on ways to improve the stability security efficiency and scalability of the environment.
- Apply good communication skills with team and client interaction.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Solid handson experience building and managing AWS infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
- Handson experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Indepth knowledge of GitLab Jenkis or any CI/CD tool.
- Excellent scripting skills (e.g. Bash Python or similar).
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience participating in project discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams. (Desirable).
- Certifications in AWS Azure or DevOps.
