As a Senior Business Analyst at Endava you will work closely with engineering product marketing and other crossfunctional teams to develop and refine the clients product strategy and roadmap. They will also discover and define new product and revenue stream opportunities.
This role will provide the opportunity to examine how payments work across the globe and design cuttingedge experiences that will unlock new global payment volume for the clients customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to assess the value technical dependencies and feasibility of product ideas for the client.
- Prioritize requirements to meet customer and business needs. Coordinate downstream releases so that current customers prospects and staff are aware of trained on and engaged with the evolving features and products of the client.
- Set a short and midrange roadmap of objectives that tie into the clients organizational goals and the overall product strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering on product design for the client.
- Lead the team in setting measurable and achievable short and longterm goals for the clients products.
- Collaborate with engineering managers to define releases that map to higherlevel objectives and articulate product requirements within releases to enable engineering to provide estimates and delivery updates for the client.
- Gather product feedback from internal stakeholders the clients customers and external strategic partners.
- Conduct user interviews coordinate usability testing monitor usage metrics etc. to improve the clients products.
- Serve as a role model for product managers and steward of the Product culture at the clients company.
- Facilitate the creation and tracking of revenue and product usage goals for the client.
- Identify product opportunities to expand the clients addressable and obtainable market and model revenue impact.
Qualifications :
- 7 years in a productrelated role preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 7 years experience with Agile Scrum as Product Owner or Scrum Master.
- Demonstrable understanding of the payments ecosystem underlying technologies and how merchants accept and process payments digitally.
- Solid understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle and release process.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to recognize opportunities for product improvements and new products.
- Ability to engage a team of product developers and work closely with a team of external contractors.
- Experience working collaboratively with business development and clientfacing roles.
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or other related area required.
- English: B2 level or higher.
