Psychology Teacher Outstanding School Surrey
An Outstanding Ofstedrated secondary school in Surrey requires a passionate and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher to join their thriving department. This is a fulltime permanent position primarily teaching Key Stages 4 and 5. The school is committed to providing students with a rigorous and engaging introduction to the fascinating world of psychology.
Responsibilities:
The successful Psychology Teacher will plan and deliver stimulating and challenging lessons that explore a wide range of topics including cognitive social developmental and biological psychology. You will prepare students for success in Psychology examinations (e.g. GCSE ALevel) foster critical thinking analytical skills and an understanding of ethical issues. Assessing student progress and contributing to the Psychology curriculum are key duties for this Psychology Teacher role.
Requirements:
Candidates must be a qualified Psychology Teacher (QTS) with a degree in Psychology or a closely related field. Proven experience teaching Psychology at the secondary level (Key Stages 4 and 5 is essential. Strong subject knowledge a passion for psychology and excellent communication and classroom management skills are required. We are looking for an inspirational Psychology Teacher.
