Role: Psychology Teacher

As a Psychology Teacher you will be responsible for delivering highquality lessons that inspire and engage students in their study of Psychology. You will support students in developing a wellrounded understanding of mathematical principles and their application. Your role will include:

  • Planning preparing and delivering engaging and meaningful Psychology lessons to students of various age groups (KS4 and KS5.
  • Encouraging students to apply mathematical concepts and problemsolving skills in various contexts.
  • Supporting students in their academic development providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Contributing to the development of the Psychology curriculum.
  • Participating in the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Psychology.
  • Ensuring the effective delivery of the Psychology syllabus.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment within the Psychology department.

Key Qualities We Are Looking For:

  • A strong passion for Psychology and a desire to support students mathematical journeys.
  • A recognised teaching qualification in Psychology or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching Psychology to secondaryaged students is highly desirable.
  • A passion for developing young people academically.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a supportive and dynamic team.
