Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish deep tissue and sports massage.
- Assess clients physical conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service.
- Keep accurate records of treatments and client progress.
- Stay current with industry trends and enhance your skills through ongoing education.
Qualifications:
- Valid state license or certification to practice massage therapy.
- Proven experience in massage therapy with a strong understanding of various techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
