TLC Worldwide is looking for an experienced Backend Developer to lead the transformation of our backend systems. This is an incredible opportunity to work on cuttingedge technology while driving impactful projects for some of the worlds leading brands.

What Youll Be Doing:
As a Backend Developer at TLC Worldwide youll:
- Revolutionize our architecture by transitioning monolithic applications into modern scalable microservices.
- Design and build APIs (GraphQL & REST) that ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
- Optimize performance with .NET 8 C# Azure Service Bus RabbitMQ and cuttingedge caching techniques.
- Refactor legacy codebases while leveraging domaindriven design to create scalable services.
- Streamline deployments with Azure DevOps pipelines and automated testing practices.
- Deliver observability through monitoring and logging best practices.
- Collaborate globally in an agile innovative and dynamic environment.
What Were Looking For:
- At least 5 years of backend development experience across two separate roles.
- Expertise in .NET 8 C# microservices and eventdriven architecture.
- Proficiency in Azure services Azure DevOps and APIs built with ASP Core Entity Framework and SQL databases.
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes and cloudnative development practices.
- A passion for innovation with problemsolving skills that shine in a remote setting.
- Deep knowledge of security protocols authentication and modern software development best practices.
