Job Description

Category Leader Fleet & Travel (f/m/d)
Workload: 80100

In this strategic role you will actively shape the Fleet & Travel category. You will develop sustainable solutions optimise processes and lead a small team making a key contribution to the further development of our indirect procurement activities.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement the category strategy for Fleet & Travel

  • Manage supplier relationships RfX processes and contract negotiations

  • Lead and coach Mobility and Travel Managers within the team

  • Analyse internal demand and supply markets and derive sourcing initiatives

  • Drive standardisation of specifications and identify new suppliers

  • Monitor category performance and identify optimisation opportunities

What you bring and who you are

  • Degree in Business Supply Chain Procurement or a related field

  • Experience in category management or indirect procurement

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Skilled in working with SAP or ERP systems and data tools such as Excel or Power BI

  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus

  • Analytical resultsdriven and motivated to drive change
