Job Description
Category Leader Fleet & Travel (f/m/d)
Workload: 80100
In this strategic role you will actively shape the Fleet & Travel category. You will develop sustainable solutions optimise processes and lead a small team making a key contribution to the further development of our indirect procurement activities.
What you will do
Develop and implement the category strategy for Fleet & Travel
Manage supplier relationships RfX processes and contract negotiations
Lead and coach Mobility and Travel Managers within the team
Analyse internal demand and supply markets and derive sourcing initiatives
Drive standardisation of specifications and identify new suppliers
Monitor category performance and identify optimisation opportunities
What you bring and who you are
Degree in Business Supply Chain Procurement or a related field
Experience in category management or indirect procurement
Strong leadership and communication skills
Skilled in working with SAP or ERP systems and data tools such as Excel or Power BI
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
Analytical resultsdriven and motivated to drive change
