Job Description

Eurofins is looking for a Scheduling Administrator to join our team in Lancaster PA.  The Scheduling Administrator is responsible for accurately performing production planning and scheduling activities to efficiently serve the companys clients.

  • Execute efficient schedules on a regular basis to maximize efficiency of resources and equipment.
  • Collaborate with staff to identify scheduling requirements
  • Proactively monitors production process workflow and schedules to ensure ontime delivery.
  • Provide various scheduling analyses to ensure optimal schedules and provide staff recommendations.
  • Make recommendations to modify production dates based on materials and capacity fluctuations.
  • Assist with integration initiatives of report scheduling system
  • Capture store and report on historical statistics
  • Generate daily or weekly production reports to leaders for critical decisionmaking purposes.
  • Maintain communication of information between the users and management concerning system development and maintenance needs objectives and strategies.
  • Champion and implement process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with new processes across service lines.
  • Performs other related duties as required and directed.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • 13 years of scheduling experience is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently organize prioritize and follow through to completion on multiple tasks under strict deadlines and changing priorities. 
  • Ability to forecast and trend workload needs.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical testing is not required but would be beneficial
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Project management or facilitation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel is required. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and PowerPoint is highly desirable

Qualifications

  • At least a high school diploma but Bachelors degree is preferred 
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.


Additional Information :

The position is a fulltime role with regular hours from MonFri 8:00am5:00pm.
