The Production Manager manages restoration production crews and jobs according to the Company’s procedures.
Responsibilities
- Create high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of our restoration services.
- Document job processing using Drybook.
- Maintain market leadership through continuous implementation of stateoftheart technology as it pertains to the delivery of our services.
- Coordinate/Assist with Project Coordinator scheduling of technicians laborers and subcontractors.
- Schedule jobs and maintain project efficiency.
- Maintain timely and accurate flow of production reporting from field operations to administration.
- Perform production work as needed.
- Ensures clear communication with warehouse manager on vehicle maintenance along with inventory and equipment supplies.
- Effectively develop production staff to prepare them for higher level positions within the company.
- Assist with job contracts and oversee/write job estimates in Xactimate by the due date per program.
- Meet with homeowners agents and adjusters as needed and required.
- Monitor production efficiencies and payroll.
- Review job costing on completed work.
- Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
- Continued development of leadership and management skills as well as restoration expertise.
- Attend and assist in conducting company meetings.
- Communicate with customers and conduct inhome inspections as needed.
- Schedules technician/lead/chief with service of fleet vehicles.
- Provides input to and assists in development of strategic goals.
- Works with People Operations Manager in hiring developing and discharging of production team members.
- Effective written and oral communication.
- 3years’ experience required in the Restoration Industry.
- Experience managing restoration crews.
- High school diploma/GED.
- IICRC certifications are preferred.
- A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
- $50000 to $65000 DOE. Oncall weekly bonus. Commission Opportunities.
