Job Description
What will be your missions
- You will be part of the ENA Hotel Sales Relation (multi cultural team based in Europe) under the responsibility of the VP HSR & BD.
- Your mission will be to contribute to the organization of events for our ENA hotels & B2B clients across all segments (Leisure Business Travel MICE TMC etc) and across all the Europe and North Africa region and particularly :
- Coordinate all the tasks for delivering and promoting the event
- Coordinate all related operations such as source and negotiate with suppliers handle logistics organize accreditation etc to ensure the event is completed smoothly and on time
- Following of registrations and participants
- Ensure maximum impact and effectiveness from our events introducing new ideas
- Prepare the invoicing file for the accounting department
- Presenting postevent reports on participants satisfaction and ROI

Quelles seront vos missions
- Au sein de lquipe Hotel Sales Relation (quipe multiculturelle base en Europe) sous la responsabilit de la VP HSR & BD.
- La mission consistera contribuer lorganisation dvnements Expert Tours ddis aux htels ENA et aux vnements Sales pour nos clients B2B tous segments confondus (Loisir Voyage dAffaires MICE TMC etc. travers lEurope et lAfrique du Nord et notamment :
- Coordonner toutes les tches lies la mise en place et la promotion de lvnement.
- Grer toutes les oprations associes telles que la recherche et la ngociation avec les fournisseurs la logistique lorganisation des accrditations etc. afin dassurer le bon droulement de lvnement dans les dlais impartis.
- Suivi des inscriptions et gestion des participants
- tre force de proposition pour maximiser limpact et lefficacit des vnements en introduisant de nouvelles ides et processus pour amliorer le parcours et lexprience des participants.
- Traduire les valeurs et la stratgie dAccor en vnements mmorables.
Qualifications :
- Student in Event Management Marketing Business School or Hospitality school.
- You are dynamic creative autonomous available and you have the sense of responsibility.
- Your native language will be French (as the Director) but the daily work will be in English within the team

Additional Information :
