Youll assist in compensation projects market benchmarking policy development and administrative tasks while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain compensation databases tools and reports.
Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking.
Assist in salary structure analysis and policy development.
Support compensation & benefits projects including coordination and reporting.
Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.
Stay updated on trends and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR Finance or related field.
Min. 2 years of experience in compensation HR analytics or related areas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/compensation tools.
Strong analytical communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international team.
