Product Operations Analyst-2

A Digital Product Analyst at Safelite partners closely with our Product Managers to ensure our products support our technicians and associates out in the field and that our products make it easy for our customers to schedule and manage their auto glass appointment.

Digital Product Analyst is a mix of discovery and . We rely on our Product Analysts to be the voice of the business and the user closest to the development team ensure efficient and quality delivery of new features analyze AB test outcomes and recommend new iterations to the Product Manager.

What Youll Do

• Support Product Managers in building prioritizing monitoring/editing and maintaining the flow of Team Backlog to ensure the delivery of the customer satisfaction and business value
• Engage in front line interactions with stakeholders closest to the user UX research team contact center and field.  Support intake and triage of feedback on the digital sites (production issues survey feedback or common friction points)
• Visualize key metrics on an ongoing basis to communicate out to product marketing and exec teams on the health of the site
• Analyze the sales funnel and identify reasons users drop off and relay problems statements to the PM
• Responsible for updating product management on Story status to align on delivery expectations
• Define success measures by developing Key Performance Indicators and other user/business metrics in close partnership with Product and other subject areas such as engineering operations and analytics
• Work directly with Product Manager to evaluate potential impact of problemstosolve for our business.
• Maintain product functionality documentation be the master of how it works today
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

What Youll Need

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 13 years: Using Google Analytics or similar web tools
• 13 years: Using Quantum Metric or similar digital user monitoring tools
• 13 years: Using development team tools like Jira and ServiceNow ticket systems
• You know when the details matter and when they are slowing you down
• You are tactical curious and thrive at getting things done
• Of all the people on the product team you can talk shop best with our analytics team
• You are a strong collaborator with the ability to partner with crossfunctional teams.
• Youve demonstrated the ability to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in workflows and propose solutions to streamline operations.
