We are currently looking for a Project or Service Manager to join one of our projects. Only candidates from the EU.
Tasks
- Ensure project delivery within deadlines scope and budget
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams and implement new tools
- Manage risks resolve incidents and analyze recurring issues
- Lead change management training and adoption strategies
- Optimize service delivery and oversee quality (SLA support automation)
- Design productivity solutions and define governance for collaboration platforms
- Ensure compliance with security policies and stay updated on best practices
Requirements
- Masters degree or 5 years of higher education or
- Bachelors degree or 3 years of higher education and for each missing year up to 5 years the participant must demonstrate 2 years of relevant experience.
- English level C1 and French level B1.
- 15 years of experience in project and/or service management in the IT field.
- 5 years of experience in the field of collaboration and productivity within a large organization.
- Certification: Project Management certification and at least one Service Management certification.
