Job Description
LAntica Pizzeria da Michele is a beloved Italian pizzeria known for its mouthwatering pizzas warm ambiance and commitment to providing an unforgettable dining experienceis looking for an experienced chef to join the fantastic team at the restaurant in Amsterdam.
Tasks
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff to produce toptier culinary creations.
- Craft and execute daily menus that showcase the best of Italian tradition.
- Establish and manage schedules for preparation and service activities.
- Supervise the cleanliness sanitation and safety protocols in the kitchen.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all food products.
- Oversee inventory control procedures including labelling and storage.
- Maintain a spotless and organised kitchen space.
- Fulfil any additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a highvolume restaurant setting.
- Proven track record in a highvolume restaurant is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in utilising kitchen equipment appliances and various cooking methods.
