Job Description
Our client a market leader in the logistics industry with a strong international footprint is seeking a Inhouse Strategy Consultant / Transformation Manager to play a critical role in shaping strategy and driving business performance. Reporting directly to the CLevel this is a highly visible and impactful role.
In this role youll lead strategic growth and transformation projects across bordersowning M&A postmerger integrations operational redesign and stakeholder alignment. Youll be a sparring partner to senior leadership and take ownership for translating strategy into real business impact.
While the role is based in the BeNeLux it offers the flexibility of hybrid work.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic transformation projects across business units
- Build business cases lead commercial due diligences and identify synergies
- Translate growth strategies into actionable roadmaps and change management
- Analyse and restructure business processes for maximum impact
- Support due diligence and synergy identification for M&A activity
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness
- Design and implement postmerger integration (PMI) plans
- Act as a thought partner for the CLevel on topics like strategy capability building and market expansion
Requirements
- 3 years of experience at a toptier consultancy firm (or in a relevant strategic role)
- Masters degree or MBA required
- Proven expertise in strategy consulting corporate strategy M&A PMI business transformation and operational restructuring
- Strong conceptual skills and the ability to move from big picture to
- High selfdrive ownership mindset and the ability to get things done
- Willingness to travel and/or commute to BeNeLux HQ on a weekly basis
