Your expertise will help our clients gain transparency improve efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes all while shaping our growing consulting practice.
What your role will look like
- Take the lead in client engagements: from scoping workshops and opportunity assessments to value realization
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across functions such as Finance Procurement and Sales
- Drive the design of tailored valuedriven solutions using process mining and operational insights
- Collaborate closely with our Data Science team to shape innovative use cases and ensure delivery excellence
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and help scale our consulting team through best practices
- Be part of fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Your profile
- A degree in Business Management Economics IT or a related field
- 23 years of experience in management consulting business transformation or process improvement
- Strong business acumen and a passion for helping companies unlock value through data and technology
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to present complex topics in a clear confident way
- Proven track record in leading client projects or strategic initiatives
- A structured analytical mindset and the ability to balance detail with big picture thinking
- Experience with tools like Confluence Jira or similar project management systems
- Fluency in German and EnglishNice to have
- Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g. Celonis)
