We are seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to lead and own three critical facets of our learning programs: revenue responsibility with enterprise customers didactical consulting and conception of enterprise learning programs and trainer management. As a Senior Learning Consultant at Bots & People you will be responsible for the following:
Revenue responsibility. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers understanding their unique training needs and challenges. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries feedback and concerns related to our learning programs.
- Didactical Consulting. Oversee the endtoend learning journey for our learners ensuring a seamless and engaging experience leveraging AI and tech solutions to enhance learner outcomes.
- Expert recruitment. Provide trainers with the necessary resources tools and support to deliver highquality training programs. Foster a collaborative environment for trainers facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Project Management. Develop and maintain detailed project plans for learning programs including timelines milestones and resource allocation. Ensure that learning programs are executed on time within budget and considered successful for our customers.
- Moderation. Facilitate live trainings with enterprise customers on the topics of genAI Low Code or Process Automation together with seasoned experts in these field.
Requirements
Necessary:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- 3 years of experience in Management Consulting preferably collaborating with L&D Departments of large enterprises.
- Experience in designing learning programs especially blended learning concepts
- Strong problemsolving skills with experience in consultancy/agency or fastgrowing B2B edtech environments
- Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen persuade and support
- Independent work style high level of commitment and serviceoriented mindset
Sufficient - Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies
- Basic understanding of L&D and IT structures in large corporations
- Able to simplify complex knowledge for beginners in digital analytical and technical fields
