We are seeking an experienced and talented Staff FullStack Engineer (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department you will work on a variety of projects collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver topnotch software solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
- Define technology roadmaps and best practices for fullstack development.
- Implement responsive user interfaces with modern frontend frameworks (Angular preferred) and optimize backend services for performance and security.
- Ensure clean maintainable code using Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive innovation and feature enhancements.
- Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning and retrospectives..
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in fullstack development with proficiency in JavaScript Python or Ruby.
- Experience with at least one stronglytyped language: Golang Java or Kotlin.
- Solid understanding of web development concepts best practices and frontend frameworks (Angular React Vue.js or Svelte).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS GCP or Azure) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Handson experience with eventdriven architectures and distributed systems.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Background in microservices architecture.
- Understanding of modern data science principles and tools.
