Job Description
We are JOIN a team of 75 colleagues from various backgrounds all on a mission to democratize recruiting. JOIN is one of Europes fastestgrowing HRTech startup with over 100000 companies in 6 countries.
You will be part of our developing sales organisation and be part of solving exciting challenges for all of our revenue streams with great team members.
Tasks
- Own and manage sales tooling: Own and manage our Sales tooling (Salesforce Calendly Aircall) and manage the connections to our data sources (big query segment and others)
- Analysis and evaluation of sales data: You independently analyze CRM and sales data identify trends and derive concrete actions to increase revenue.
- Optimization of sales processes: You identify inefficient workflows in sales develop efficient CRM workflows and automations.
- Support for sales campaigns: You work closely with the sales team plan and manage sales campaigns and ensure a datadriven implementation.
- Collaboration with internal teams: You closely collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to further develop processes and ensure optimal coordination between departments.
- Creation and interpretation of dashboards and reports: You use CRM data for performance analysis create reports and dashboards to measure sales success.
- Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and plans based on pipeline data and analysis together with the respective market leads
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales enablement sales operations or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate commercial and CRM data generate insights and track performance.
- Salesforce experience: 1 years experience managing sales processes in Salesforce and building workflow automations.
- SQL and Excel proficiency: Good SQL skills and fluency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Processoriented thinking and skills: You identify optimization potential develop efficient workflows and implement them effectively.
- Attention to detail: You spot errors areas for improvement and nuances in every process to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Initiative and drive: A proactive handson approach with an entrepreneurial and curious mindset.
- Team orientation and strong communication skills: You collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and can clearly convey complex topics.
- Language skills: Fluent in English
