Job Description
Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Facility: Parmer Woods at North Austin
Address: 12429 Scofield Farms Dr Austin TX 78758
Type: Permanent (FTE)
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM 30hrs/week; MonFri; No weekend rotation

Salary: $44.15/hr $47.06/hr
Parmer Woods is a great building! It is an AL/MC building with the capacity of 132 residents across both sides. Currently the census is 80 residents with 34 pending new move ins before the end of the year. The DOR has been at this building for going on 3 years. There is a full leadership staff here as well. It is very rare that we do not have a full caseload as we are the preferred provider and there is very low HH/hospice census here.
