Job Description

  1. Marketing Promotion and Operations: Manage official exhibition websites WeChat and Weibo platforms to drive event promotion audience recruitment and forum collaborations.

  2. Event Planning and : Plan and implement professional exhibition activities including industry forums/summits award ceremonies business negotiation conferences and ensure smooth project .

  3. Internal Communication and Coordination: Ensure accurate and timely information exchange with marketing supervisors sales teams and operations teams.

  4. Promotion Target Achievement: Assist in developing exhibitor and investor acquisition strategies and achieve key performance indicators such as recruiting professional buyers.


Qualifications :

  1. Education and Major: Bachelors degree or above preferably in Marketing Advertising Communications or related fields.

  2. Work Experience: 35 years of experience in marketing promotion and event planning for professional exhibitions. Background with exhibition organizers or advertising agencies is preferred.

  3. Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with partners and media.

  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in office software excellent writing abilities and proven planning capabilities.
