Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 68 years of agency experience preferably in healthcare or pharma. The ideal candidate will drive performance marketing strategies across digital channels to generate leads boost sales and enhance brand visibility for healthcare/pharma clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads Facebook LinkedIn SEO email etc..
Optimize campaigns for KPIs like ROI CPA CPL and CPC.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align strategies with client goals.
Provide actionable insights and regular performance updates to clients.
Stay updated on trends and best practices in digital marketing and healthcare/pharma.
Required Skills:
68 years of experience in performance marketing with an agency background (healthcare/pharma preferred).
Strong expertise in Google Ads Facebook Ads programmatic SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics SEMrush).
Experience with campaign optimization A/B testing and reporting.
Excellent communication skills and client servicing experience.
