Sales Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for electrical goods in Gujarat.
Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling networking and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the region.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations to clients demonstrating product features and benefits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Marketing and Brand Promotion:
Plan and implement local marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
Create and distribute promotional materials (brochures flyers etc. to enhance brand awareness.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities and improve the company’s market position.
Manage social media accounts online advertisements and other digital marketing efforts.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support postsale.
Handle inquiries complaints and productrelated issues in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics customer service etc. to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Reporting and Analytics:
Provide regular reports on sales performance lead generation and market insights.
Track sales metrics analyze data and suggest improvements to meet or exceed goals.
Maintain accurate and uptodate CRM records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales specifically within the electrical goods sector (not electronics).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Knowledge: Understanding of electrical goods and market trends in Gujarat.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively especially in a WFH setup.
TechSavvy: Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
