About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer(React.js) with expertise in React.js Tailwind CSS ShadCN and modern frontend frameworks. You will be responsible for designing and developing seamless highperformance user interfaces for web applications. This role requires deep knowledge of modern UI frameworks strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to work in a fastpaced agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop highquality reusable and maintainable frontend components using React Tailwind CSS and ShadCN.
- Architect and implement modern responsive and accessible UI designs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers backend developers and product managers to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean modular and welldocumented code following industry best practices.
- Implement state management solutions such as Redux Zustand or React Context API. Work with API integrations using REST and GraphQL.
- Maintain and improve code quality with unit testing and endtoend testing frameworks like Jest React Testing Library or Cypress.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js Next.js and modern JavaScript (ES6.
- Handson experience with Tailwind CSS and ShadCN for building scalable UI components.
- Deep understanding of componentbased architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with TypeScript and its best practices.
- Strong knowledge of state management solutions like Redux Zustand or React Query.
- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with version control tools like Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with serverside rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js. Understanding of Web3.js or blockchainrelated UI integrations. Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Experience in writing micro frontends.
