Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Zoho applications.
Configure customize and optimize Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Projects and other Zoho tools.
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement Zohobased solutions.
Develop reports dashboards and automation workflows to improve efficiency.
Provide Zoho training and support to users.
Ensure data integrity and security within Zoho applications.
Work closely with stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration IT or a related field.
24 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably with Zoho expertise.
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Analytics and automation workflows.
Ability to analyze and interpret business data to drive decisionmaking.
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Experience with Zoho integrations and thirdparty tools is a plus.
2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Zoho expertise. Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and automation workflows. Ability to analyze and interpret business data to drive decision-making. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with Zoho integrations and third-party tools is a plus.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
