Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Maldives
Number of working days in a week: Six
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source screen and interview potential candidates to match job requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
Maintain an updated talent pipeline and ensure timely hiring processes.
Oversee onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Utilize recruitment tools job boards and social media platforms to identify top talent.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience or more in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies sourcing techniques and hiring best practices.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and work in a fastpaced environment.
