Responsibilities
- Connect with potential property sellers through outbound calling campaigns using provided prospect lists
- Engage prospects with compelling conversations following proven scripts that have demonstrated success
- Schedule property appraisal appointments between qualified prospects and real estate agents
- Maintain detailed records of all call outcomes and conversations in the company s systems
- Execute timely followup communications to nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities
- Handle administrative tasks related to the appointment setting process with attention to detail
- Collaborate with the real estate team to refine approaches and improve conversion rates
- Adapt communication style to different prospect personalities while maintaining professional standards
- Track personal performance metrics and continuously work to improve results
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling telesales or appointment setting (real estate industry experience is a must)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Resilient positive attitude with the determination to succeed in a resultsdriven environment
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow and adapting to different scenarios
- Selfmotivated with strong time management skills and the discipline to work effectively in a remote setting
- Experience with phone dialer systems (familiarity with JustCall would be advantageous)
- Basic computer proficiency including data entry and email communication
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Comfortable working with performancebased incentives and commission structures
