VDI Platform Expertise: Lead and manage VDI environments including Citrix solutions to ensure optimal performance and seamless user experience.
IT Performance Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve IT performance issues within the VDI infrastructure ensuring high availability and reliability.
App Layering: Apply App Layering concepts to VDI environments to optimize application management and deployment.
CustomerFacing Solutions: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and quickly translate business requirements into actionable VDI solutions.
Technical Insight & Problem Solving: Utilize structured methods (e.g. 5x Why analysis to identify root causes of VDIrelated issues and implement effective solutions.
Stakeholder & Process Management: Organize prepare and lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements discuss challenges and ensure actionable outcomes are delivered.
Leadership & Team Coordination: Lead technical teams distribute responsibilities effectively ensure clear task ownership and motivate teams to meet deadlines.
Collaboration with SMEs: Work closely with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) including infrastructure engineers network specialists and application teams to implement comprehensive solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Focus on pragmatic resultsoriented solutions that can be implemented efficiently with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience working with Citrix/VDI platforms in largescale enterprise environments.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience with VDI environments IT performance troubleshooting and crossfunctional collaboration.
App Layering: Good exposure and experience with App Layering concepts and their integration within VDI platforms.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to use structured methods (such as 5x Why analysis to challenge assumptions and identify root causes.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations prepare and conduct workshops and ensure actionable outcomes.
Leadership Skills: Ability to coordinate and motivate teams ensuring ownership and effective task distribution across projects.
CustomerFacing: Strong customerfacing skills with the ability to quickly understand business needs and deliver tailored VDI solutions.
Collaboration with SMEs: Ability to collaborate effectively with technical SMEs (infrastructure network application teams) and translate technical details into actionable insights for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
