Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Placement Manager to drive talent acquisition and ensure successful job placements. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections excellent communication skills and the ability to build employer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain corporate partnerships for placement opportunities.
Drive endtoend recruitment including sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates.
Organize job fairs campus drives and recruitment events.
Provide career counseling & interview coaching to candidates.
Ensure placement targets are met as per company goals.
Maintain accurate placement reports & records.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth of hiring processes.
Stay updated on job market trends and employer needs.
