Job Purpose:
The Total Rewards Lead will drive the design implementation and continuous improvement of the companys reward strategies to support our rapid expansion retention and talent acquisition goals. This role ensures that our compensation and benefits are competitive equitable and aligned with our evolving business needs to support the businesss rapid growth. The incumbent will be a strategic thinker and a handson operator working closely with leadership to align total rewards with corporate objectives while ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
What you will do in your role
Compensation Management:
- Develop and manage salary structures pay scales incentive plans equity and performancebased rewards that align with market trends and business objectives.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to maintain competitiveness in compensation offerings.
- Lead job evaluations Job grading salary banding and benchmarking against industry standards to ensure competitiveness.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to design compelling offer packages for critical hires in new markets.
- Collaborate with P&C and finance to coordinate annual merit increases promotion adjustments bonus programs and incentive plan reviews.
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies ensuring alignment with corporate P&C strategies.
- Prepare and manage the compensation and benefits budget in coordination with the Finance department.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with labor laws tax regulations and industry standards.
Benefits Administration:
- Design and manage comprehensive benefits packages including health insurance allowances wellness and other perks that support employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
- Ensure that benefits programs are costeffective and aligned with company objectives.
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors ensuring quality service delivery and costeffectiveness.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices to guarantee compliance and innovation in benefits offerings.
- Monitor participation and feedback to continuously refine benefits programs.
Employee Relations (ER):
- Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on ER issues providing guidance on policy interpretation and resolution strategies.
- Support the development and implementation of initiatives that promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
- Address and resolve employee concerns promptly and fairly fostering an environment of mutual respect and trust.
Payroll Management:
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper budgeting and accounting of payroll expenses.
- Handle payrollrelated issues and inquiries ensuring timely resolution.
HRIS Oversight & Analytics:
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of P&C data for effective reporting and decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with IT and P&C teams to optimize system functionality and improve employee selfservice capabilities.
- Leverage analytics to drive insights on total rewards effectiveness and inform strategic adjustments.
Strategic Leadership & Collaboration:
- Align total rewards strategies with the companys broader business goals and expansion plans.
- Communicate and collaborate with executive leadership P&C colleagues and department heads to ensure seamless integration of reward programs.
- Provide training and mentorship to P&C staff on compensation benefits and ER best practices.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the total rewards landscape recommending proactive adjustments as needed.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related discipline; advanced degree or relevant certifications in HR are highly desirable.
- 5 years of progressive experience in total rewards with a strong background in compensation and benefits preferably in a highgrowth or expansion environment.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures benefits administration payroll processes and employee relations best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic compensation programs and benefits packages.
- High level of integrity professionalism and confidentiality.
- Handson experience with HRIS systems and a strong analytical aptitude to leverage HR data effectively.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and crossfunctional collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and a keen ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
