We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to manage and support our contingent workforce including independent contractors Employer of Record (EOR) employees and agency workers. This role requires strong attention to detail excellent IT skills and the ability to efficiently handle workforce data contracts and compliance processes.
- Maintain accurate records of independent contractors EOR employees and agency workers
- Manage contract renewals extensions and terminations with strict accuracy
- Utilize Contract Management software to track and manage external workforce data
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems invoicing and workforce tracking tools
- Generate reports and insights on workforce trends compliance and contract statuses
- Assist in invoicing
- Liaise with EOR providers staffing agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workforce operations
- Assist hiring managers in onboarding and offboarding external workers
- Handle inquiries related to contractor agreements invoicing and system access communicate with and assist in contractor enquiries
Qualifications :
- 13 years of administration experience preferably in HR administration external workforce management etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of workforce data
- Proficiency in MS Outlook Word Excel and strong IT skills HRIS and Microsoft Excel
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work with crossfunctional teams
- Ability to multitask prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
