Main tasks:
- Define project objectives (financial scheduling and quality goals)
- Selecting and negotiating project (core) team members in conjunction with the line management
- Establish adequate project organization (meeting structure information/ knowledge exchange documentation archiving)
- Set up an initial project plan in accordance with the valid processes (phases deliverables milestones/ QGates etc.
- Ensure compliance with valid processes
- Projects set up for achieving development gates by customers schedules.
- Prepares Project plan for the associated customer projects with related APQP gates.
- Achieves Gates releases on time for assigned projects.
- Has all required documents in APQP / FIDES structure.
- Coordination of project team(s) globally including customer service and all production plants.
- Track the project progress and define corrective measures if deviating from the plan
- Control the usage of the released project budget and project resources per approved project plan
- Decide and Report the overall project status by the financial and quality KPIs supported by a valid tool and process set
- Install and perform professional change management
- Perform opportunity & risk assessment control and steer the implementation of opportunity & risk measures
- Escalate issues if necessary
- Ensure that all project objectives are met in the required quality
- Representation of projectinterests in supplier meetings
- Based on professional welldocumented change management negotiate changes and claims with the customer and with suppliers
- Protect the confidentiality of project data
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations inform and involve stakeholders regularly and in an appropriate manner

Qualifications :
We are looking for:
- University Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Automotive field
- Experience in Global running projects and customer development projects
- Representation of the project in customer (internal/external) meetings
- Representation of projectinterests in supplier meetings
- Based on professional welldocumented change management negotiate changes and claims with the customer and with suppliers
- Protect the confidentiality of project data
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations inform and involve stakeholders regularly and in an appropriate manner
- Assign work packages to the respective project team members
- Help build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork within the project
- People management experience (not necessarily as a direct manager)Contact with intercultural teams
